What data we collect and why

If you write to us through the form or by email, we process your first and last name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form and, if we reach an agreement, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to deal with any legal liabilities.

Who else can access it

We do not share your data with third parties. Our hosting and forms provider, Netlify, Inc., processes it on our behalf. Netlify is based in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to jar@mvglobal.org. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
