We're on site. We manage the works, keep an eye on safety and check that what gets built matches what was designed.
When something goes off track, we tell you early and bring a proposal to fix it.
If you're buying, selling, inheriting or investing, we tell you what the property is worth and what condition it's really in.
We also prepare the building inspections and certificates required by the authorities.
Paperwork gets stuck too. We prepare the documents, file them and follow them up with the town hall and other bodies until the licence is in your hands.
Once the works are finished, we handle legalisation and registration.
